Due to the COVID-19, express delivery may be affected to varying degrees. For details, please contact the post office in your region.

We can do separately shipping,placed your order and then reach out us for other shipping address please.

We are doing internatianal shipping,sometimes package will be delayed or lost,if you can't get yours within 30 days,email us for a free replacement,we promise every customer get theirs.

Shipping

Custom items is made especially for you, which needs 3-7 days to process. We ship worldwide. Please note, we can't ship Express to a PO box.

We use Yun express,USPS,UPS,DHL or FedEx to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.

Shipping Time

1.Noth America,most Europe and Australia New ZeaLand takes 10-15 days.

2.Asia takes 10-12 days.

3.South America usually takes 20-30 days.

4.Middle West (Israel,Kuwait,Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates takes 10-12 days),others takes 20-30 days.

Expedited shipping

Fast track shipping option is available for an additional cost of $30.The item will be shipped to you within 5 to 7 business working days(Also need 3 working days to process your order.). So about 8-10 working days you will receive your package.However, make sure that a fast shipping option is available at checkout as this option is not available for all products.

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.

5) We are not responsible for the return packages,so make sure you filled your address correctly and keep tracking your package please.
